一、华测海绵疲劳压陷试验机主要适用范围及功能：

      本机按照国标ISO 3385.1989标准要求设计制造。泡沫压缩疲劳试验机主要用于泡沫聚合材料的往复压缩试验，测定残余变形率。由此可以了解材料的动态疲劳特性。可以满足我国汽车工业标准QCT56-93《汽车座椅衬垫材料性能试验方法》。日本汽车工业标准JASOB408-84等国外标准的要求。
二、华测海绵泡沫疲劳压陷主要技术参数:

2、往复压缩次数:  70次/分.
3、往复压缩行程:  **100mm.
4、压盘直径：φ250 mm ， 下边缘具有25mm的圆角 。

结构原理:
   泡沫压缩疲劳试验机由曲柄连杆驱动机构，速度控制单元及自动记数控制单元组成。这些部分均装在一个整体内。
主机采用双立柱门式框架，底座内装有曲柄连杆驱动机构、驱动电机，速度控制单元及自动记数控制单元。通过调节曲柄连杆驱动机构的偏心距，可以调节往复压缩行程。记数器为数字式显示，可直接显示往复次数，并能设定往复次数，到达设定值时可自动停车。
