CARPET WINDING  AND PACKING, FULL AUTOMATION

Automation, from flat/plaited carpet to have a roll finish and packed. This automation reduce extremily the labour cost, permits ahighproductivity (up to 3 rolls/minute, packed), a nice presentation of packing very tight and option to seal both ends of roll or only 1. Installation very versatile to permits to wind and packseveraldifferent sizes of carpet. 

CH***CTERISTICS:

-  Carpet pull automatically to the winding;

-  Operator assist only winding operation

   (full automated as an optional on demand);

-  Semi-automatic taping device

   (full automated as an optional on demand);

-  Automatic flow of roll to packing sector

   for complete packing;

-  Cut of the waste of film at the end of roll

   (as an optional on demand);

-  Push roll out automatically.

- Production productivity: up to 3 rolls per minute;

- Diameter of roll from 150mm to 500mm;

- Length of roll from 1500mm to 3000mm;

- Longitudinal sealing of film by a sealing bar
