       氨法脱硫技术是以水溶液中的NH3和SO2反应为基础，在多功能烟气脱硫塔的吸收段，氨将锅炉烟气中的SO2吸收，得到脱硫中间产品亚硫酸铵和亚硫酸氢铵的水溶液。在脱硫塔的循环氧化槽内鼓入压缩空气进行亚硫铵的氧化反应，将亚硫铵氧化成硫铵溶液。

       在脱硫塔的浓缩段，利用高温烟气的热量将硫铵溶液浓缩，得到含有一定固含量的硫铵浆液，浆液经旋流器浓缩、离心机分离、包装等工序，得到硫铵产品。

Ammonia desulfurization technology is based on the reaction between NH3 in aqueous solution and SO2. In the absorption section of the multi-functional FGD absorber, ammonia absorbs SO2 in the flue gas to obtain aqueous solutions of ammonium sulfite and ammonium bisulfite. The compressed air is blown into the circulating oxidation tank of the absorber, to oxidize ammonium sulfite into ammonium sulfate solution.

In the concentration section of the absorber, ammonium sulfate solution is concentrated by the heat of high-temperature flue gas to obtain ammonium sulfate slurry with a certain solid content. The slurry is concentrated by cyclones, separated by centrifuges and packaged to obtain ammonium sulfate products.

工艺特点：

（1）烟气条件变化适应性强，脱硫效率高，脱硫装置可靠，运行方便；

（2）液气比小，吸收液的循环量小，能耗低；

（3）可以以废制废回收得到硫酸铵产品实现循环经济；

（4）与用钙基吸收剂相比，没有CO2排放，是一种低碳工艺；

应用领域：氨法脱硫对煤中硫含量的适应性广，低、中、高硫含量的煤种脱硫均能适应，特别适合于中高硫煤的脱硫。应用于化工、电力、钢铁、焦化、冶炼、水泥、造纸等行业。
