L-Shaped Molding Machine HDL-450J – On-Site Production Record: Batch Processing Solution for Door Frame Moldings
The L-shaped molding machine operates continuously at a customer site, processing door frame boards and door frame lines at a speed of 20 meters per minute. The equipment integrates eight processes in sequence: groove milling, glue application, dual-station pressing, nail fastening, end trimming, primary chamfering, polishing, and secondary chamfering. Materials feed in from one end and finished products exit from the other, eliminating intermediate handling and machine changes.
On-site measurements show consistent groove depth, uniform glue coverage without overflow, secure pressing with no gaps, precise nail positioning, end trimming that maintains length accuracy within tolerance, dual chamfering that treats inner and outer edges separately, and polished surfaces free of burrs.
This equipment is suitable for processing various door frame molding profiles. Technical specifications of the HDL-450J model include a conveyor platform height of 900 mm, main board width range of 60–80 mm, main board thickness of 8–20 mm, auxiliary board width of 30–50 mm, auxiliary board thickness of 3–12 mm, minimum workpiece length of 500 mm, and adjustable conveyor speed of 10–20 m/min. Total power is 8 kW with 380V power supply. The complete system, including support stand, measures 8.4 meters in length and weighs approximately 1,400 kg.
By consolidating multiple discrete processes into a streamlined production line, the equipment reduces intermediate handling and process variables, supporting consistent quality in batch production.
