Grilon TS V0 is an unreinforced, flame-retardant, self-extinguishing, normal viscosity polyamide 6 and polyamide 66 grade.
Is halogen- & red phosphorus free, and offers high toughness.
Can be processed using injection molding.
Recommended for molded integral hinges, fuses, strips, cable binders, print terminals and coil former bobbins.
Applications include automotive lighting & electronics, electrical appliances, cables & tubes, connectors, and energy distribution systems.
It complies with 2002/95/EC guideline under RoHS, & 2002/96/EC under WEEE, and recognized as UL-94 V0 at 0.4 mm wall thickness.
