一、 冷油器用途及概述:
冷油器是电力系统中普遍使用的一种油冷却设备利用该设备可使具有一定温差的两种液体介质实现热交换,从而达到降低油温,保证电力设备正常运行的目的,主要用于设备润滑油冷却、变速系统油冷却、变压器油冷却及汽轮机的油系统、磨煤机的油系统循环冷却等。LY型冷油器为光管表面式,采用循环水作为介质实现热交换,从而保证轴承入口油温达到规定值,确保机组正常运行。
二、 冷油器的组成:
LY型冷油器由进水盖、壳体、管束、折流板、回水盖、密封件、紧固件等组成,壳体上有进、出水管及进、出油管四个管接口,另配有排油口、排水口、排气口及压力表、温度表座接口。
