点击图片查看原图一、用途：LY型冷油器是电力系统中普遍使用的一种油冷却设备，利用该设备可使具有一定温差的两种液体介质实现热交换，从而达到降低油温，保证电力设备正常运行的目的，主要用于设备润滑油冷却、变速系统油冷却、变压器油冷却及汽轮机的油系统、磨煤机的油系统循环冷却等。

二、结构形式：冷油器按安装形式，分为立式和卧式两种；按冷却管形式分为光管式和强化传热管式两种；按冷却管材质分为铜管和不锈钢两种。需根据不同的场合、使用性能等要求进行正确选用。
三、产品特点：
1、 换热管可采用0.5-0.7mm的薄壁不锈钢管材，提高了整体换热性能，在相同的换热面积下，总体的传热系数比铜管提高2.121-8.408%。
2、 管材可采用铜管或TP304、TP316、TP316L等**不锈合金钢，使其具有较高的硬度，管子的钢度也明显提高，因此，具有很强的耐高温冲击性能及抗振性能。
3、 采用**不锈钢管后由于管子内壁光滑，使得其边界层流底层厚度减薄，既强化换热，又提高了抗结垢性能。
4、 为了消除焊接应力，全部不锈钢管在保护气体中以1050℃高温进行热处理。
5、 所有不锈钢管均采用压差进行泄漏检查，气压试验至10MPa，5min无压降。
6、 采用**不锈钢管后抗氯离子能力强、设备造价低廉。
