NA8810智能放电监测仪是专门针对蓄电池组进行核对性放电实验、容量测试、电池组日常维护、工程验收以及其它直流电源带载能力的测试而设计。

系统功能简介
1、 核对性放电实验
1) 可连续设定放电电流。按设定的放电电流恒流放电,监测放电过程中电池组及单节电池电压,测量单节电池及电池组的容量(核对性容量试验)。
2) 多种放电停止条件设定
A.电池组总电压 B.单体电池电压
C.放电时间 D.放电容量
3) 多种单体电池适应:2V,4V,6V,12V(其它电压可定制)
2、快速测试。短时(10-20分钟)放电,快速测试单体电池内阻及放电能力,快速判别电池性能。
3、停电时/实际负载放电时,在线自动监测单体电池电压,电池组电压及放电电流,记录电池的放电容量,保证对电池状态的判断。
4、 放电后充电电压监测。
在放电完成后充电机对电池组充电时,本设备可以对充电过程中单节及整组电池电、压进行监测,可监测其充电电流大小(选配电流钳)并设定报警。
5、PC机无线监测功能。在100M内实现PC机对放电监测系统的无线数据监测,告警功能。
6、数据管理:完善的计算机管理分析监控软件,具有强大的数据分析处理功能,采用**的数学模型,对电池的多项测量结果进行综合计算分析,准确判别电池性能,并可查询电池的实时运行状态及历史数据,报考各项参数、曲线,并生成报表。
可提供特色定制服务:按照用户的需求定制24V,48V,110V,220V,380V等不同电压,电流等级的放电设备。并且南澳公司可定制以上电压中任意两种电压的兼容机。如24V/220V兼容等,电流从0-300A可选。

NA8810 intelligent discharge monitor is designed for battery pack discharge test, capacity test, battery maintenance, project acceptance and other test of DC powerloadcapacity.
The Characteristics of the products

3, Functions
3.1 Discharge test
3.1.1 can continuously set the discharge current. Make constant-current discharge according to the set discharge current, monitor the voltage of battery pack and signalbattery,testing the capacity of signal battery and battery pack (capacity test).

3.1.3 Applicable to a variety of single cells: 2V, 4V, 6V, 12V (other voltage can be customized)
3.2 Quick test function
Short time discharge (around 10-20 minutes), quickly test the internal resistance and discharge capacity of signal battery, quickly identify the performance of battery.
3.3 When power failure or actual load discharge, on-line automatically monitoring the voltage of signal battery, the voltage of battery pack and discharge current, recordthedischarge capacity of the battery, ensure the judgment of battery status.
3.4 Monitoring the charging voltage after discharge. After discharging, when the battery pack is charging by the charger, this device can monitor the voltage of signal batteryandpack battery during the process of charging, it can monitor the charging current (equipped with current clamp) and set the alarm.
3.5 Wireless monitoring function to PC. Realize the PC to discharge monitoring system for wireless data monitoring within 100M, alarm function.
3.6 Data management.
Perfect computer management and analysis monitoring software, with strong function of data analysis and processing, use advanced mathematical models to makecomprehensivecomputational analysis for a number of measurements of the battery, accurately judging the battery performance, and check real-time operating status and historical data of thebattery, reporteach parameter, curves and generate reports.
