真空断路器是电力系统中普遍使用的高压电器，其核心部件是真空灭弧室，由于灭弧室是以真空条件作为工作基础的，所以它不象油开关，SF6开关那样容易检测其质量。传统上，真空断路器用户判断灭弧室真空度的方法是工频耐压法，这种方法只能粗略判断真空度严重化的灭弧室。

NAZKD真空开关真空度测试仪是真空灭弧室的真空度的鉴定设备，以单片计算机为主控单元，测试过程完全实现自动化。该仪器的采样设计一改以往采用电流峰值做标定的方法，而采用离子电荷来做标定。这样，有效地抑制了测试过程中瞬态电源的干扰，使测试稳定可靠。由于采用计算机为主控单元，该仪器能很方便地扣除由于环境因素产生的漏电电流。本仪器最突出的特点是：实现了真空灭弧室的免拆卸测量，直接显示真空度值，使真空断路器用户详细掌握灭弧室的真空状态，为有计划地更换灭弧室提供了可靠的依据，为电网的安全运行提供了有力保障，克服了工频耐压法仅能判断灭弧室是否报废的缺陷。
