利用高效抛丸器抛出的高速弹丸流束击碎钢管内表面上的氧化皮、锈层及其杂物，使之获得精细的光亮表面，提高工件的抗拉和抗压强度，为内表面涂漆保护增加附着力，达到防腐、护管、延长钢管使用寿命之目的。清理后工件表面表面的光洁度和粗糙度符合有关的标准规定。大口径的钢管使用内壁抛丸机，钢管内壁抛丸处理线，主要包括

三、钢管内壁抛丸机设备技术规范
u 噪声:低于**/T8355-1996《机械行业标准》中规定的90dB（A）。
u Noise: below 90dB(A), according to **/T8355-1996<<mechanism vocation standard>>.
u 粉尘浓度排放标准 ≤80mg/m3
u Dust density standard discharging ≤80mg/m3
u 工件进出口处，维修门、辊道轴与清理室接合处均系用特殊结构与密封 材料，密封效果好，弹丸、粉尘不外溢，有利于提高除尘效果，改善了周边的工作环境。
u Adoping special structure and material sealing at the in-out gate of workpiece and connection of repairing door、roller and cleaning room, make the effect sealing good , shot ball、dust never fly out ,enhance the cleaning-dust effect, change the environment .
u 安全：按《**5545—91铸造机械安全防护技术条件》、《**526—96铸造设备安装工程施工及验收规范》等标准安装制作。
