深圳瑞德尔快速模具创业于1998年7月，我们一直专注**为用户从模具制造、产品加工及表面处理的一站式配套加工服务。主要服务项目与区别如下：

一、   模具材质及加工速度：快速模具：材质不限（钢，铝，硬塑，ABS，复合材料等），由CNC加工为主体，有速度快，尺寸精度高，无需按传统钢模制作流程进行（铝模可省略火花加工）；适用于：机电、机器手、电子、医疗仪器外壳，汽摩配件等各类塑料外壳。对于流线型，大尺寸，肉厚大和中空的零件，多品种，变化快的产品外壳和结构零件更显优势。

二、我们加工的快速模具，可用于批量生产（模具寿命：长期），产品材质更接近注塑成型的塑胶材质（757，747ABS）.其它种类的模具也是以各种材料成型特性进行模具设计，确保批量生产的实用型模具，是传统钢模的有力补充，一次投入，长期使用。

三、在快速原型（手板）加工方面：材质（ABS、PC、PMMA、POM、PPS、PA、PEEK等）：优于3D打印，SLA,FDM,可用于实际力学测试和实际市埸使用。

并可检验塑胶模具设计（CNC数控加工**贴近模具加工工艺）。

四、吸塑模具造价仅为注塑钢模的1/4，出模时间为七天。。可以通过不同种类的模具和加工工艺（热压模，注塑模，浇铸模，吸塑模，模压模具等），还可简化设计，二次加工壳件等工艺，快速提供产品，不限加工批量在本厂一站式加工零件。

五、我们有多种加工工艺可供选用：注塑成型，吸塑成型，压塑成型，冷压成型，浇铸成型，缠绕成型，CNC加工，多工种配合，确保产品质量和精度、外观要求。

六、快速模具已批量服务于成型：医疗仪器壳体，机器手外罩，金融设备外壳，显示器外壳，医用配件量产，碳纤材料层压零件，硅橡胶异型零件，人造石产品等。
