整套系统由不锈钢拼装蓄水水箱与户外型变频恒压供水机组组合而成，部署于厂区露天场地，解决厂区集中供水需求。系统具备蓄水储备与恒压调节双重能力，保障生产、生活用水压力稳定与供水连续性，适配厂区全天候用水工况。

恒压闭环供水调节
系统采集管网压力信号，通过变频调控水泵转速，依据实际用水负荷动态调节输出水量，维持管网压力稳定。在厂区用水高峰、低谷波动工况下，减少水压波动，保障各用水点供水压力均衡。

泵组轮换 · 一用一备
两台泵组支持自动轮换工作，主泵出现异常时备用泵自动投入运行，降低单台设备长时间连续运行损耗，有效减少供水中断风险，满足工厂不间断供水的使用要求。

户外环境适配设计
电控柜体采用防雨不锈钢外壳，适应露天放置环境，防护结构可抵御雨水、粉尘侵扰；设备底座加固处理，管路阀门选用户外适配配件，降低室外环境对设备运行带来的影响。
