2）将调好的阿育吠陀养发粉均匀涂抹于头皮及头发上，并用指腹来回揉搓头发头皮；让头发充分吸收草本植物营养。

3）包头加热15分钟后，晾15分钟，然再用护发乳清洗头发即可。
