GM-1600 ROTARY FOAM BRA INSERT SKIVING MACHINE
用途:
采用带形刀和木制的或者人造胶木模具来切削海绵或者填充棉以便取得带有轻薄边切碎片的材料，也可以用来切海棉罩杯以此用来生产上托型的文胸海棉罩杯。
特点:
1.模台采用旋转运动方式，实现割棉目的；转速根据操作工人的熟练程度可自己调节；
2.刀带转动平稳，调较方便，更换快捷；
3.刀带刃口具有自动修磨的功能，自始自终保持工作刀刃的锋利；
4.更换不同的模具，可生产不同款式的制品，切割海棉厚度4-40mm。
◆ 每分钟可达30转，而且该机可以安装2套刀模，每套刀模的**尺寸可达320*650mm。
