一、用途

1.ISW卧式 清水泵，供输 送清水及物 理化学性质 类似于清水的 其它液体之 用，适用于 农田灌溉，工 业和

城市给排水 ，高层建筑增压 送水，园林灌 溉，消防增压 ，远距离输送 ，暖通制冷循 环、浴室等暖 水循

环增压及设备配套，使用温度T≤80℃

2.ISWR卧式 热水泵广 泛适用于 ：冶金、 化工、纺 织、造纸 及宾馆饭店 等锅炉热 水增压循 环采暖系 统，

ISWR型使用温度T≤120℃。

3.ISWH卧式化工泵，供输送不含固 体颗粒，具有腐蚀性，粘度类似于水的液体，适用 于化工、石油、冶

金、电力、造纸、食品、制药和合成纤维等部门，使用温度为-20℃～+120℃。

4. I SW B卧 式 管 道 油 泵 ， 供 输 送 汽 油 、 煤 油 等 油 类 产 品 或 者 易 燃 易 爆 液 体 ， 被 输 送 介 质 温 度

为-20℃～+120℃。

1. ISW horizontal water pump for conveying water or other liquids of physical and chemical properties similar to water applies to farm

irrigation, industrial  and urban  water supply and  drainage, pressurized water  supply  to high-rise  buildings,  landscape  irrigation,

fire  pressurization,  remote  conveying,  HVAC  refrigeration  cycle,  bathrooms and other warm water circulation, pressurization and

equipment matching, with operating temperature T≤80℃

2. ISWR horizontal hot water pump widely applies to: Boiler pressurized hot water circulation heating systems of metallurgy, chemical

industry, textile, papermaking, hotels, etc., with operating humidity T≤120℃ for ISWR type.

3. ISWH  horizontal chemical pump is used to convey  corrosive liquids  without solid particles with viscosity  similar to  water,  suitable

for  chemical,  petroleum,  metallurgy, electric power,  papermaking,  food, pharmaceutical,  synthetic  fiber and  other departments,

with operating temperature -20℃~+120℃.

4. ISWB horizontal  pipeline oil  pump  is used  to  convey oil products such  as gasoline,  kerosene,  or  flammable  and  combustible

liquids, with temperature of conveyed medium -20℃~+120℃.

二、工作条件

1.吸入压 力≤1.0MPa， 或泵系 统*高工 作压力 ≤1.6MPa，即 泵吸入口 压力＋ 泵扬程 ≤1.6MPa，泵静 压

试验压力为 2.5MPa，订货时请注 明系统工作压 力，泵系统工 作压力大于1.6MPa时 应在订货时另 行提

出，以便在制造时泵的过流部分和连接部分采用铸钢材料。

２.环境温度＜40℃，相对湿度＜95％。

３.所输送介质中固体颗粒体积含量不超过单位体积的0.1%，粒度＜0.2mm。

注：如使用介质为带有细小颗粒，请在订货时注明，以便厂家采用耐磨式机械密封。

1. With suction  pressure  ≤1.0MPa, or maximum  operating  pressure  of pump  system  ≤1.6MPa,  i.e. pump  inlet  pressure  +  pump

head  ≤1.6MPa, hydrostatic  pump  test  pressure  2.5MPa,  please  indicate  the  system  operating  pressure when  placing  an  order,

pump system operating pressure greater  than 1.6MPa shall be otherwise set out when placing an order in order to use cast steel

material for the pump overflow and connection parts during manufacturing.

2. The ambient temperature is <40℃, and relative humidity is <95%.

3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium is not more than 0.1% of unit volume, with particle size <0.2mm.

Note:  If  the working  medium  contains  tiny  particles,  please  indicate it  when  placing an  order  for  manufacturer’ s  use of  wear

resistant type mechanical seal.

1.  Stable  operation: The absolute concentricity of  pump  shaft  and  excellent static and  dynamic  balance  of the  impeller  guarantee

stable operation, absolutely no vibration.

2. Watertight: Hard alloy seals of different materials ensure no leakage in conveying by different media.

3. Low noise: The water pump supported by two low-noise bearings operates stably, basically no noise except slight sound of motor.
